When you submit the free diagnosis form on our site, we collect:

4. How We Store Your Information
Form submissions are stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Supabase infrastructure is hosted on AWS.
Confirmation emails are sent via Resend, a transactional email provider. Resend processes your email address to deliver the confirmation message.
5. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain form submission data for as long as it is relevant to a potential or active business relationship. If you would like your data deleted, contact us at contact@redcoud.com and we will process your request within 30 days.
